| E-tickets Instructions

1. This is an e-ticket (QR Code), and no physical tickets will be sent separately.

2. Present the electronic certificate (QR Code) at the designated boarding location, as agreed upon in advance, to be checked by the chauffeur.

3. When placing the order, please indicate in the "Remarks" section: ① Number of luggage pieces and ② Contact communication software for both parties.

4. If you have any other questions or inquiries, you can contact the charter company through the following methods.

5. Departure time and travel itinerary will be based on the suggested schedule.If there are any deviations from the original scope, please inform us in advance via email or communication software. We will provide a new quotation based on your requirements.

6. To reserve the charter service, please complete the booking and payment at least 15 days before the scheduled departure date.

• 【Example】To book the charter service for August 9, 2023, you must complete the reservation and payment no later than July 25, 2023, at 11:59 PM.

7. For unused services, a full refund will be provided for cancellations made 16 days before the scheduled departure date. However, no refund will be granted for cancellations made 15 days before and on the day of the scheduled departure. Please carefully consider before making your purchase.

• 【Example】To cancel the reservation for the event on August 9, 2023, you must complete the ticket refund application no later than July 24, 2023, at 11:59 PM. Once verified by the system company, the ticket refund will be processed accordingly.

| Notes for System Orders

• The system does not provide the option to modify orders. If you need to change the number of people, please request a refund and place a new order.
  
• Products cannot be refunded after they have been redeemed.

|Redemption

• No returns or refunds will be accepted for any redeemed products or gifts in the package.
• Please be sure to check the business hours of the redemption location. If you are unable to redeem during the specified hours, please redeem during other normal business hours within the valid period.
